WTT Canada Ltd announces the signing of Letter of Intent with Nobull Corporation S.L., Spain to build waste motor oil recycling complex in Lloseta, Palma de Mallorca. This complex will contain micro waste motor oil recycling plant. Studies for project feasibility have been initiated and Basic Engineering began.
